Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
